Beschreibung

• Own budget vs. actuals analysis across assigned business functions, with clear variance commentary that drives action • Partner with department heads on headcount planning, vendor spend, and initiative-level ROI • Build and maintain operating models, forecasts, and scenario analyses • Support monthly and quarterly close, including accrual analysis, building and adjusting forecasts, and board/leadership reporting • Develop financial models and dashboards that give leaders real-time visibility into their business • Identify and surface financial risks and opportunities proactively - not just when asked • Leverage AI tools and workflows to increase the speed and quality of financial analysis • Support business leaders in making key decisions about the direction of their organizations

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting experience • Strong financial modeling skills - you build models others can actually use • Proven ability to business partner: translate numbers into narratives, push back constructively, influence decisions • Experience with variance analysis, budget management, and close processes • Comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment without heavy process guardrails • AI-native mindset - you actively incorporate AI into financial workflows and think about how to apply it to analysis, modeling, and reporting • Preferred: Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech company, or a large accounting firm • Preferred: Familiarity with Rillet, Ramp, or Abacum (or comparable modern finance stack tools) • Preferred: Experience with business intelligence tools such as Sigma • Preferred: Experience with SQL
