Beschreibung

• Ensure successful application, implementation, qualification and use of Sartorius’ Separation technologies portfolio (NFF, TFF, UF/DF) • Provide product expertise, application knowledge and technical support throughout the customer process • Support Sales through product positioning, presentations, demonstrations and trials • Support customer evaluations, application assessments and technical consultations • Translate process requirements into product and workflow recommendations • Execute application trials, validations, proof-of-concept activities and customer training • Design, coordinate and document customer-specific evaluation and onboarding plans and outcomes • Troubleshoot customer processes and coordinate corrective actions • Provide application expertise throughout opportunity development • Contribute technical insights, competitive positioning and solution recommendations • Capture customer feedback, application trends and competitive intelligence • Share recommendations with Product Management and relevant stakeholders • Support training of Field Application Specialists and the Sales organization • Train customers on new technologies and support initial start-up operations • Support the Quality Department in quality complaint investigations and resolution • Provide monthly territory activity reports to management

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering or related field, or equivalent demonstrated professional experience; Master’s degree preferred • 3+ years of experience in process development, MSAT, bioprocessing in biotechnology, biopharmaceutical industry or CDMO manufacturing environment or field experience in a similar role • 1+ years’ in-depth knowledge of TFF, UF/MF/DF, NFF, Viral Filtration and Clarification products, with experience in optimization and process scaling success • Familiarity with life science application experiment technology • Ability to troubleshoot technical and application-related issues in customer environments • Hands-on technical capability, including demos, trials, evaluations and customer training activities • Ability to document application findings, trial outcomes and technical recommendations in a structured manner • Ability to collaborate across Sales, Product Management, Quality and other cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix • Customer orientation and ability to translate customer needs into application solutions • Strong communication and presentation skills • Microsoft Office skills • Willingness to travel >50% • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Identification with the core values: Sustainability, Openness, Enjoyment
