Beschreibung

• Lead and develop a team of product managers and product owners • Manage the full product lifecycle for instruments, software, and reagents and consumables • Improve product-line profitability and margins through value-based pricing • Define and execute product strategies, roadmaps, requirements, and long-term portfolio vision • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and feature enhancements • Collaborate with customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders to prioritize product requirements • Conduct competitive analyses and develop business cases for product development decisions • Partner with Product Marketing on execution • Align with operations on demand planning, manufacturing, and backorder management

🎯 Anforderungen

• Master's degree in Cell Biology, Biology, Immunology, Neuroscience, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or Bioengineering required; MBA or PhD preferred • 10+ years of product management or commercial experience within life science tools or a related industry • At least 7 years of people management experience • 5+ years of hands-on microscopy and image analysis experience • Product management experience developing strategies and roadmaps for life science imaging instrumentation and software portfolios • Experience with reagents and consumables preferred • Strategic, business, and innovation acumen to identify and quantify market opportunities • Experience developing successful products using stage-gate and agile methodologies • Ability to collaborate across functions and influence senior leadership stakeholders • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required • Alignment with company values of Sustainability, Openness, and Enjoyment
