Beschreibung

• Support the sales organization through product presentations, demonstrations and application studies • Collaborate with product management on beta-site testing and demonstrations for new products • Own the assigned Separations product line to support sales target achievement and grow market share • Support customer processes and URS analysis • Generate application trials to design optimized products aligned with application requirements • Conduct product trials and demonstrations and create trial reports • Provide proactive technical support and resolve implementation problems for customers • Support quality complaint investigations by troubleshooting and analyzing customer processes • Collect, compile, verify and analyze product-line performance data and customer feedback • Report competitor product information and feedback to application specialist and product management • Provide basic product training to internal sales and dealers • Run external customer workshops and seminars • Collaborate with stakeholders to define trial scope and acceptance criteria and produce professional trial reports • Serve customers primarily in Northern New Jersey and at times Delaware, New York and Pennsylvania

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in biological engineering, biotechnology or another life sciences related field or equivalent demonstrated professional experience; Master’s degree preferred • 3+ years of experience in process development, MSAT, bioprocessing in biotechnology, biopharmaceutical industry or CDMO manufacturing environment or field experience in a similar role • In-depth knowledge in TFF, UF/MF/DF, NFF, Viral Filtration and Clarification products • Experience in optimization and process scaling success • Familiarity with life science application experiment technology • Ability to troubleshoot technical and application-related issues in customer environments • Hands-on technical capability, including demos, trials, evaluations and customer training activities • Ability to document application findings, trial outcomes and technical recommendations in a structured manner • Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Product Management, Quality and other cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organization • Strong customer orientation and ability to translate customer needs into application solutions • Strong communication and presentation skills • Proven software skills, e.g. Microsoft Office • Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds • Willingness to travel more than 50%, including overnight travel • Identification with Sartorius’ core values: Sustainability, Openness, Enjoyment
