Beschreibung

• Drive sales and build strong relationships with producers to generate revenue and meet sales quotas • Proactively call agents and recruit new agents to build a book of business • Promote agent recruiting and retention through sales ideas, marketing campaigns, illustrations, and effective use of company resources • Build relationships with key producers regarding complex sales concepts, marketing campaigns, and product information • Maintain and grow team sales goals in coordination with sales resources • Conduct proactive calling to assigned agents to build territory • Develop new business by recruiting agents and growing existing agent groups • Partner with sales resources in producer development • Call on lower-producing agents in a sales capacity • Maintain supportive relationships with sales, operations, assigned agents, and solution centers • Develop expert knowledge of products, carriers, and company resources • Coordinate with sales teams and producers on complex and advanced illustrations and creative solutions • Use the company client management system to manage the sales process

🎯 Anforderungen

• Effective interpersonal and written communication skills • Excellent customer service skills for internal and external customers • Effective time management and prioritization skills • Ability to accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to work in a self-directed fashion • Experience with PCs in a Windows environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products • Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions • Ability to communicate with individuals at all organizational levels • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience • Excellent telephone etiquette skills • Maturity, competitiveness, and good work ethic • Knowledge of the insurance industry, life and related insurance products, and sales processes • Basic knowledge of insurance underwriting • Two years of work experience in the life insurance industry, including one year in a sales support role • Preferred: Series 6 and State Insurance Licenses • Preferred: Understanding of sales concepts, illustrations, and the underwriting process • Successful completion of a background screening
