Beschreibung

• Manage marketing projects and initiatives supporting new business pursuits, organic growth opportunities, client communications, and operational marketing needs • Coordinate, develop, and execute proposals, presentations, account communications, and related marketing deliverables • Develop and adhere to processes and best practices for growth initiatives, client reporting, and account storytelling • Provide strategic support and guidance across SBM’s solutions pursuits and operations project needs • Coordinate resources for solutions proposals and presentations • Maintain the project management pipeline for department deliverables • Collaborate across account communications, design, and digital to develop and update solutions collateral and communications • Work with corporate departments to prepare field and sales teams for customer reporting requirements and presentations • Assign incoming operations support tasks and verify completion • Ensure presentation reviews and dry runs are performed • Support communication of SBM’s transition progress and successes through client-facing transition reviews and case studies • Identify supporting roles to improve product output efficiency or quality • Report project completion to department leadership and executive leadership team • Carry out management responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, directing work, performance evaluations, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, resolving problems, and ensuring employee training

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field • 3+ years progressive experience in proposal management, marketing communications, business development support, project management, client services, or related fields • Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered • Knowledge of proposal development, marketing communications, project management, and client-facing presentations • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and organizational levels • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools • Ability to analyze requirements, coordinate resources, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines • Understanding of business operations, client reporting, and growth support processes • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily • Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including sitting, walking, using hands to finger, handle, or feel, and occasionally standing
