Beschreibung

• Own the design, setup, and technical execution of client implementations • Act as a strategic liaison between Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, Support, and Product & Tech • Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to identify business requirements, integration needs, pain points, and success criteria • Deliver product demos tailored to client use cases and translate technical features into business value • Design scalable solutions, system setups, data flows, custom mapping, and API integrations • Serve as the technical point of contact across the Sales-to-Implementation-to-CS handoff • Validate feasibility, scope integrations, identify gaps, and guide technical expectations • Produce technical proposals, system design documents, integration blueprints, and handoff documentation • Perform system validation, verification, and QA before go-live • Train internal and client teams on system usage, integration flows, and configuration capabilities • Build training materials, playbooks, and best practices • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to align deliverables and technical constraints • Serve as escalation lead for technical issues during implementation • Monitor system performance after go-live, identify technical issues or optimization opportunities, and lead remediation or iteration efforts

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2+ years of experience in a technical or solutions consulting role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Integration Specialist, Technical Implementation) • Strong hands-on experience with system configurations, APIs, data mapping, integration flows, and backend logic • Ability to conduct discovery and translate business requirements into technical design • Comfortable presenting and explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Experience creating proposals, technical documentation, training materials, and design blueprints • Ability to balance multiple clients/projects, prioritize technical tasks, and meet deadlines • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Proactive problem-solving ability in ambiguous and evolving environments • Willingness to collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Operations • Passion for customer success and delivering scalable solutions • Ability to start the workday at 10am or 10:30am ET at least one day per week • Work from a quiet, professional, distraction-free space • Dependable high-speed internet connection supporting video calls • Ability to provide proof of legal right to work in the United States after hiring • Hands-on experience in PropTech or real estate transactions (bonus) • Familiarity integrating AI into onboarding/process workflows (bonus)
