Beschreibung

• Maintain workflow volume for the Escrow Analysis department to meet internal and private investor Service Level Agreements (SLA) • Handle escalated loan-level issues and provide departmental research assistance for complex issues • Support client inquiries and various departments • Work with management to ensure internal and external audits are completed timely and accurately • Perform individual escrow analyses requested by other departments • Review mass analyses for anomalies and ensure accurate and timely analysis per RESPA requirements • Complete tasks within SLAs • Document, communicate, and implement policy and procedure changes with the Manager • Identify areas for improvement and efficiency • Carry out responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws and regulations • Complete required training courses in a timely manner

🎯 Anforderungen

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to multi-task and consistently meet multiple deadlines • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Strong customer-service orientation • Ability to use good judgment • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos • Ability to write simple correspondence • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and interpret bar graphs • Ability to apply common sense to detailed written or oral instructions with minimal supervision • Working knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) • BKFS MSP or Sagent experience and/or training in Escrow Analysis, Tax, Hazard Insurance, and MIP/PMI preferred • Previous experience with MSP, Black Knight/LPS, and Sagent preferred
