Beschreibung

• Cultivate and manage relationships with assigned brokers and territories to achieve profitable net new business objectives • Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals • Present to and communicate with decision makers and key influencers • Conduct member education sessions as requested • Collaborate with marketing, underwriting, and customer service teams to support broker and client needs • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance metrics • Serve Tampa and Orlando, Central and North Florida

🎯 Anforderungen

• Associate Degree and 2 years of related experience required • OR High School degree and 4 years of related experience required in lieu of education • Must obtain an L-HIL or L-LIFEHI within 90 days of hire • 2-40 health license leading to the broader 2-15 life and health license • Valid Florida driver's license • 5 years of experience in Business Acumen, Customer Service, Employee Benefits, Health Industry, or Sales Representative experience
