Beschreibung

• Lead and scale the MSSP partner business across North America • Provide technical leadership and hands-on, forward-deployed architecture engagements • Set technical strategy and drive adoption across the MSSP ecosystem • Evangelize SentinelOne solutions across the Americas and represent the company at the executive level • Explain SentinelOne’s technical features and solve complex partner roadblocks • Build and empower technical champions across partners • Support partner go-to-market strategies and co-create joint solutions and offerings • Drive technical success across the customer and partner journey • Identify and qualify strategic partnership opportunities • Conduct technical discovery of partner deployments, service delivery motions, and legacy product footprints • Build current-state architecture maps • Design phased architecture roadmaps onto the Singularity Platform, including SKU selection, sequencing, and margin modeling • Convert roadmaps into multi-quarter expansion plans and track execution • Work with partner engineering teams to resolve technical blockers and de-risk migration and adoption milestones • Own executive-level messaging and escalations • Lead go-to-market initiatives and offerings with strategic partners • Position and integrate SentinelOne technology within partner technical offerings • Bring partner and customer feedback to product management and leadership • Design and oversee partner technical training programs • Mentor other solutions engineers and codify reusable discovery-to-roadmap frameworks

🎯 Anforderungen

• 15 or more years in the field, and 8 or more years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Professional Services experience • Proven track record of scaling managed partner technical programs at a strategic level, including mentoring other SEs • Proven experience designing and delivering multi-phase technical architecture roadmaps for enterprise, MSSP, or MSP environments, including SKU sequencing and margin/commercial modeling • Strong track record operating at the CTO/VP Engineering level with partners or customers • Strong background building relationships with internal sales, product, and executive leadership teams • Experience presenting and defending technical and commercial roadmaps and sales value presentations to audiences ranging from architects to C-level executives • Exceptional technical, communication, and organizational skills • Deep experience with MSP/MSSPs, distributors, aggregators, CSPs, channel, GSIs, alliances, and strategic partners • Previous experience as a practitioner at an MSSP, MSP, MDR, IR partner, or in a SOC • Expert-level familiarity with EDR, XDR, SIEM or other data lake solutions, and cloud technologies • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, identity security, and endpoint security solutions, including complex cybersecurity threats and attack vectors • Experience with cloud computing environments and deployments, especially AWS, Azure, and/or GCP, including containerized workloads, serverless computing, and microservices architectures • Ability to learn and work with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions • AWS, GCP, CEH, SANS, OSCP, CISSP, or other security certifications are preferred
