Beschreibung

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions including architectural system design • Facilitate customer discussions to discover key business and technical requirements, and develop implementation plans based on the identified requirements • Provide experienced guidance, feedback, and recommendations to customers based on established best practices • Support the roll-out, adoption, and scaling of provided solutions for customers • Handle customer engagements as a project manager, responsible for scheduling, coordination, communication, and enhancing the customer relationship • Advice on internal tools and processes as a senior member of the technical team • Promote yourself as a subject matter expert and valued member of the community • Assist with proposal development and statement of work definitions • Engage with potential customers on sales calls as a technical resource, advising on product solutions

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or related technical disciplines • 5+ years of experience as an Atlassian Consultant, Atlassian Administrator, Jira Administrator, or similar positions • Proven track record in implementing solutions including installations, upgrades, migrations, workshops, integrations, and training for Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc) • A successful history in customer engagement and demonstrated exceptional consulting and influencing skills • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to take a holistic view across a range of domains • Demonstrated expertise in undertaking analysis, evaluation, and translation of customer requirements and feeding them into solutions • Excellent communication skills, including workshop facilitation, written and verbal communication • Experience with Agile development methodologies • Proficiency in technical skills such as: command line (preferably Unix), SQL, script development, software configuration, and other related technical skills • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python, Groovy, Perl, Ruby, Shell Scripting, etc.) • Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM principles • Experienced in UAT testing and test use-case development • Knowledge of cloud technologies
