Beschreibung

• Define and own the vision for ServiceTitan's accounting platform • Build scalable accounting products for contractors at different stages of financial maturity • Develop AI-powered accounting features for CFO organizations • Provide thought leadership and strategic clarity on accounting product strategy and roadmap • Collaborate with engineering, design, finance, and go-to-market teams • Identify opportunities to simplify the product and deliver end-to-end results • Partner with customers to validate direction, build trust, and translate pain points into product insights • Lead, grow, and advocate for a team of product managers • Establish standards for rigor, customer empathy, and business impact • Define and monitor metrics covering product quality, adoption, customer sentiment, and business outcomes

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of product management experience • Leadership experience in B2B SaaS environments • Deep accounting domain expertise • Understanding of GL structures and AP/AR workflows • Knowledge of ERP systems such as Spectrum, Sage, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar • Construction or field services accounting experience is a strong plus • Proven ability to own complex cross-functional product areas • Experience managing architectural decisions with upstream and downstream effects across teams and integrations • Strong judgment about applying AI to accounting workflows • Track record as an influential leader who advocates for teams and builds stakeholder alignment • Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences • Experience engaging customers constructively and earning their trust • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • MBA or graduate degree is a plus but not required
