Beschreibung

• Design scalable, maintainable full stack systems aligned with Sharetec's Digital roadmap • Drive technical design discussions across modernization initiatives and the new Digital API integration layer • Evaluate and recommend frontend and backend tooling, patterns, and architectural decisions • Advocate for secure-by-default design through code review, scanning, and testing • Contribute to API design standards and integration patterns • Build, test, and maintain production-quality features for Digital Banking web and mobile platforms • Develop iOS and Android applications using React Native • Write clean, documented, and tested TypeScript, React, C#, and ASP.NET Core code • Manage work from design and implementation through code review, testing, and production monitoring • Work in Docker containerized environments and contribute to CI/CD pipeline reliability • Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and other relational or cloud databases • Deliver sprint commitments, surface scope risk, and maintain predictable delivery • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, documentation, pairing sessions, Agile ceremonies, and continuous process improvement • Support onboarding and mentor teammates • Stay current with tools and patterns relevant to the Digital stack and roadmap

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated full stack ownership • Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript • Experience with Next.js or a comparable server-side rendering framework • Experience shipping production mobile applications to the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android) • Experience with React Native; native Swift or Kotlin experience encouraged • Solid backend development experience; comfort learning and working in C# expected • Solid RESTful API design and integration experience, including versioning, authentication, and external service integrations • Production experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL • Experience with Docker and containerized development or deployment environments • Experience contributing to or leading modernization of an existing production system • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote-first, async environment • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience • Preferred: Direct experience with C# and ASP.NET Core • Preferred: Native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development • Preferred: Tailwind CSS, ShadCN, Radix UI, or MUI • Preferred: Financial services, fintech, or banking software background • Preferred: Compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or PCI-DSS • Preferred: APIs for multi-tenant or platform-scale architectures • Preferred: Agile/Scrum workflows and distributed remote engineering experience
