Beschreibung

• Support the Sales & Marketing Manager in executing the sales lifecycle after deal approval • Draft, send, track, and file Insertion Orders • Prepare media kits, decks, performance metrics, and rate cards for prospective clients • Maintain outreach documentation, deal trackers, and pipeline documents • Build campaign recaps and case studies • Assist with client communication regarding timelines, deliverables, and reporting • Track unpaid invoices and coordinate internal billing follow-ups • Execute daily AM and PM email sends • Coordinate sponsored email placements and implement assets and links accurately • Schedule affiliate roundups, deal-focused emails, and seasonal campaigns • Maintain and segment email lists and remove non-deliverable contacts in the ESP • Track and report Open Rate, Click-Through Rate, and engagement metrics • Assist with A/B testing subject lines and optimizing performance • Pull weekly reporting from affiliate platforms and monitor sales, revenue, and performance trends • Ensure affiliate links are implemented accurately for tracking • Identify new affiliate opportunities • Assist in building seasonal gift guides, retail roundups, Beauty Awards, Black Friday/Cyber Monday campaigns, and tentpole events • Create product imagery and featured graphics using Canva • Create and schedule social posts for sponsored content packages • Support recurring deal campaigns and revenue-driving initiatives • Ensure FTC compliance across sponsored and affiliate content • Coordinate sweepstakes and email acquisition campaigns • Build entry forms and promotional assets • Communicate with partners about timelines, assets, and prize details • Track campaign performance and evaluate ROI and list quality • Assist in drawing winners and managing follow-up communications

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder • H1B visa applications are not supported • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in digital marketing; relevant internships count • Excellent communication skills across email, phone, and face-to-face environments • Proficiency in Canva • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized with excellent time management skills • Comfortable working in spreadsheets and pulling performance data • Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and other Google applications • Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, Rakuten, CJ, and AWIN is a plus • Experience with ESPs such as Mailjet, Mailchimp, and Klaviyo is a plus • Experience using WordPress or a similar CMS is preferred
