Beschreibung

• Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of email and SMS marketing campaigns for clients • Develop, implement, and manage email campaigns and automated flows using Klaviyo, HubSpot, Go High Level, or similar platforms • Create and execute SMS marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales • Design email templates and write compelling copy aligned with brand voice and client objectives • Segment and target email lists for personalized messaging • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments • Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates • Collaborate with creative and client teams to produce engaging marketing materials • Maintain and grow subscriber lists in compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other applicable regulations • Report key performance metrics and provide actionable insights • Stay current with email and SMS marketing trends, tools, and best practices • Audit new client accounts and provide detailed 3/6/12-month roadmaps • Bring proactive campaign concepts and strategic recommendations to clients • Own each client’s email and SMS roadmap, reviewing performance and adjusting strategy ahead of key dates • Plan campaigns at least 30 days ahead for standard sends and 60–90 days ahead for peak periods such as BFCM • Secure client approvals, assets, feedback, and access requests; escalate internally when needed • Track deliverables and open items, communicate status updates, and close loops • Identify underperforming flows, campaigns, or list health issues and recommend corrective plans • Flag risks, blockers, and delays early with proposed solutions • Prepare agendas, performance highlights, and recommendations for client calls • Perform additional duties as business needs evolve

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) • 3+ years of proven experience in email and SMS marketing, with a strong focus on campaign management and flow creation • Proficiency in Klaviyo is mandatory • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic decisions • Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for brand voice • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization • Solid knowledge of email marketing best practices and compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) • Ability to manage multiple projects independently while also contributing as a collaborative team member • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail • Familiarity with eCommerce clients is a plus • Experience working in an eCommerce or marketing agency environment is a plus • A proactive, self-starting mindset with a track record of bringing strategic recommendations to clients rather than waiting for direction • Strong follow-through and accountability; comfortable following up repeatedly with clients to keep projects moving • Confident, client-facing communication skills, including the ability to push back, advise, and drive decisions • Experience managing client timelines and approvals across multiple accounts at once
