Beschreibung

• Build and deliver enterprise agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, and Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent Builder • Support agent governance and lifecycle management through Agent 365 • Build and deploy custom-engine agents, including model selection, orchestration, grounding, evaluation, tool and function integration, and enterprise connectivity • Guide customers through hands-on agent solution delivery, DLP policies, environment and AI readiness assessment, use-case identification, and governance • Lead agent governance implementation across Power Platform, Azure, and related services • Design and implement security and compliance controls using Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Entra Agent ID • Establish enterprise agent governance, ALM, connector governance, solution packaging, auditing, and lifecycle management • Translate business requirements into workflows, automations, integrations, and extensibility patterns • Implement Power Platform governance and ALM capabilities, including managed environments, DLP policies, pipelines, approval workflows, and administrator enablement • Define agent architectures aligned with customer requirements • Guide teams on agent design, governance, evaluation, observability, audit readiness, analytics, and continuous improvement • Develop reusable reference architectures, design patterns, solution templates, and implementation guides • Help customers evaluate and adopt emerging Microsoft Frontier agent capabilities • Apply FinOps practices, including credit planning, cost-benefit analysis, usage forecasting, consumption monitoring, and cost optimization • Use Visual Studio Code, GitHub Copilot, coding assistants, and the Agent 365 SDK to build and troubleshoot solutions • Perform agent evaluations and improve behavior, reliability, grounding quality, and user experience • Design grounding and retrieval architectures using enterprise data sources, Azure AI Search, Microsoft Graph, MCP Servers, Dataverse, and secure data access patterns • Implement responsible AI and safety controls, including testing, evaluation criteria, risk review, content moderation, and human oversight • Explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Design and deliver presentations, workshops, and technical discussions • Coordinate workstreams, track decisions and action items, and ensure commitments are completed on time • Build relationships with customers, partners, Microsoft stakeholders, and internal delivery teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent experience • Four or more years of experience delivering solutions on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, or related Microsoft cloud technologies, including hands-on experience with AI or agent-based solutions • Practical experience developing production agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Foundry • Experience designing or implementing declarative and embedded agent experiences across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Fx, and YAML • Strong understanding of agent architecture, governance, security, and lifecycle management • Ability to act as a technical advisor and SME • Working knowledge of prompt design, evaluation, monitoring, and responsible AI practices • Familiarity with design-led or human-centered approaches • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication skills • Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer events • Ability to work independently while collaborating with sales, delivery, engineering, and leadership stakeholders • Commitment to continuous learning and upskilling • Strong ethical standards and adherence to data privacy, governance, compliance, and security policies • Relevant certifications may include AB-900, PL-600, AB-100, AI-103, or equivalent experience
