Beschreibung

• Support execution of global IT channel enablement program frameworks, including planning, deployment guidance, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement • Partner with Strategic Alliances and regional marketing and sales teams on launch readiness, program adoption, best-practice sharing, and regional adaptation • Coordinate development, distribution, and maintenance of partner-facing assets, communications, enablement resources, toolkits, and portal content • Analyze partner engagement, activation, training participation, and enablement performance across regions • Identify insights, share learnings, and recommend opportunities to improve program effectiveness • Collaborate with Global Marketing, Product Management, Sales Enablement, Shared Services, and Regional Sales and Marketing teams • Support annual and quarterly planning, program reporting, project tracking, and cross-functional coordination • Ensure faithful execution of Shure Brand Guidelines in communication materials • Participate in internal Global Marketing organization activities as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related fields • Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, focused on channel marketing • Proven track record of developing and executing global marketing plans, programs and campaigns in IT or enterprise collaboration markets • Experience working with or within a two-tier distribution model • Strong familiarity with Audio/Visual and Information Technology (AV/IT) convergence and collaboration technologies • Demonstrated experience building co-marketing content and enablement assets for distributors and resellers • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Partner Relationship Management (PRM), and marketing automation platforms • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong cross-functional project management capabilities • Applicants for this position must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Shure will not sponsor applicants for this position for work visas
