Beschreibung

• Payments & Web3 Integrations: Build integrations with PSPs, banks, on/off-ramps, custodians, and brokers. • Connect to Web3 wallets, stablecoin networks, and settlement rails. • Ensure multi-party payment flows are reliable, observable, and auditable. • Compliance & Risk: Embed KYC/AML checks, sanctions screening, and Travel Rule messaging. • Produce audit-ready logs, evidence trails, and compliance dashboards. • Apply strong security practices across key management, access controls, and incident response. • Platform Architecture: Build APIs, webhooks, internal ledgers, and orchestration layers across fiat and blockchain systems. • Implement monitoring, logging, and tracing with clear SLOs. • Design infrastructure that scales from pilot usage to enterprise volume. • Wallet & Settlement Management: Implement wallet policies using MPC/HSM and multi-network support. • Build programmable settlement logic with verifiable transaction finality.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years backend engineering in payments/fintech; 2+ years in Web3. • Strong experience with payment API integrations and multi-step flow orchestration. • Hands-on with stablecoins, custody tools, and blockchain transactions. • Familiarity with KYC/AML and regulated data workflows. • Expertise in TypeScript/Node, Rust or Go, plus SQL/NoSQL, queues, and containers. • Track record building resilient, observable production systems.
