Beschreibung

• Design, build, and optimize scalable backend systems that power Shuru’s products and client solutions. • Lead the creation, development, and implementation of critical system design changes, new features, and enhancements. • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while following development standards and best practices. • Partner with Product Managers, QA, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule. • Conduct reviews and provide constructive technical feedback to ensure code quality and consistency. • Continuously improve product quality, performance, and security through design and process improvements. • Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide long-term fixes that improve system resilience.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. • 7+ years of Exp in Ruby on Rails. • Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases. • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services design. • Hands-on experience in Linux environments. • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
