Beschreibung

• Conduct current state (“as-is”) analysis to understand existing business processes, systems, and constraints • Define and document future state (“to-be”) processes using appropriate tools and methodologies • Gather and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements, including use cases and user stories • Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, including meetings, workshops, and JAD sessions • Develop business context diagrams, process flows, and data flow diagrams to validate requirements • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine project requirements • Identify and assess the business impact of system and application changes • Ensure traceability between requirements, design, and testing activities • Work closely with development, QA, and project teams to support successful delivery • Ensure adherence to enterprise standards for requirements documentation and processes

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience as a Business Analyst in IT or system implementation projects • Strong experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping • Experience facilitating workshops and working with cross-functional stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
