Beschreibung

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Facets platform across the organization • Define and maintain solution architecture, technical standards, and best practices • Design and oversee system integrations between Facets and third-party technologies (ETLs, APIs, and other enterprise systems) • Provide subject matter expertise on Facets data structures, infrastructure, and system compatibility • Design and support environment strategy, including setup and data movement across environments • Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into scalable, compliant system solutions • Collaborate with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure alignment across all workstreams • Identify and mitigate architectural risks, ensuring system performance, scalability, and stability • Support data migration and system transformation efforts as part of the Facets implementation • Maintain documentation related to architecture, integrations, and system configurations

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with the Facets platform • At least 3 years of experience working with CMS work products, including Medicare Advantage (MA) or Medicaid • Deep understanding of Facets environments, including setup and data movement across environments • Experience working with Facets version 25.1 or newer • In-depth knowledge of Facets data infrastructure, architecture, and system compatibility • Proven experience designing and implementing integrations with third-party technologies (ETLs, APIs, etc.) • Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations and claims processing workflows • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels
