Beschreibung

• Manage, operate, and optimize infrastructure in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Design, deploy, and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes • Own and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes • Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability • Identify and implement cloud cost optimization strategies • Scale APIs and web applications to support growing usage • Design, manage, and maintain database clustering using Percona • Perform light database administration (backups, replication, performance, availability) • Manage DNS configurations and core networking components • Implement and maintain security best practices, including OWASP guidelines • Support SOC 2 compliance initiatives, controls, and documentation • Develop Python scripts for automation and operational tooling • Contribute to infrastructure roadmaps and technical planning

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Proficiency in Linux system administration • Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s) in production • Solid understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting • Experience supporting and scaling APIs and web applications • Experience with database clustering and replication, including Percona • Familiarity with system monitoring, logging, and alerting • Experience with DNS management • Ability to write Python for automation and scripting • Working knowledge of security best practices, including OWASP Top 10 • Experience supporting SOC 2 or similar security/compliance frameworks • Demonstrated experience optimizing cloud costs • Experience managing deployment and release pipelines • Professional/business communications skills in English
