Beschreibung

• cultivating and managing strategic relationships with high-value national clients • driving account growth through both retention and expansion initiatives • engaging with key decision-makers across all levels of customer organizations • creating and identifying opportunities in assigned accounts and develop strategies / account plans • leading relationship and adoption activities for accounts • meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals • acting as main point of contact with customers regarding ongoing business requirements and issues • developing strong business relationships at key accounts • penetrating all levels of assigned accounts through multiple departments • resolving customer inquiries, problems, and complaints • creating account plans and identifying expansion opportunities • producing and leading regular internal and external business reviews • coordinating local resources for pull-through of national accounts • identifying local opportunities for expansion • closing sales and owning completion activities • completing contribution reports, RFQs, and Pricing updates • developing sales forecasts by account and brand • submitting proposals for special trade programs as necessary • maintaining up-to-date sales opportunities and customer records in CRM • working closely with Operations, Product Management, AR team, and Finance teams • participating in Training & Development opportunities

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Finance or similar field • 5+ years in Sales • At least 3 year supporting National level customers • Knowledge of Signode’s products and applications to sell solutions that meet customer’s needs • Strong manufacturing aptitude • Ability to use a CRM and read dashboards on PowerBi, with general MS Office proficiency • Strong technology skills with social media knowledge
