Beschreibung

• Support the development and delivery of Silver Cloud’s AI strategy and implementation roadmap • Understand Silver Cloud’s services, consulting methodologies, and internal processes • Identify manual, repetitive, or inefficient activities suitable for AI or automation • Research AI developments, tools, and emerging practices • Maintain a prioritised pipeline of AI opportunities based on value, feasibility, risk, and strategic alignment • Define experiments, pilots, and implementation plans • Develop and test AI-enabled solutions using generative AI, automation, data, and low-code tools • Gather requirements, test solutions, and incorporate user feedback • Evaluate pilot outcomes and recommend adoption, improvement, scaling, or discontinuation • Support implementation, documentation, and review of successful solutions • Improve consulting delivery lifecycle and internal operations • Develop AI-enabled tools, templates, and approaches to reduce administration • Explore AI applications in discovery, requirements gathering, project management, documentation, testing, reporting, and knowledge management • Identify opportunities to strengthen the client proposition and develop new services or thought leadership • Act as an internal AI champion and developing subject-matter expert • Build colleague confidence through demonstrations, workshops, guidance, and hands-on support • Create prompt libraries, user guides, playbooks, and good-practice examples • Support adoption of new tools and ways of working • Support responsible AI policies, principles, and controls • Consider data protection, security, confidentiality, intellectual property, accuracy, bias, and human oversight • Assess new tools and use cases and escalate material risks • Establish success measures and track time, cost, quality, and business benefits • Provide regular updates to the SLT and wider business on progress, outcomes, risks, and priorities

🎯 Anforderungen

• A degree, or equivalent practical experience, in artificial intelligence, computer science, data science, business technology, information systems, or another relevant subject • Additional learning in AI, generative AI, machine learning, automation, data, or a related area through academic study, online courses, certifications, personal projects, or practical experimentation • Practical experience using generative AI tools to research, analyse, create, automate, or solve problems • Ability to quickly learn and evaluate new technologies • Strong problem-solving skills and interest in understanding processes • Analytical approach with ability to assess information, identify patterns, and reach reasoned conclusions • Confidence experimenting with new tools through testing and iteration • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Organised and self-motivated, with ability to manage priorities and several activities or experiments • Comfortable working where the answer or approach is not already known • High integrity and care when handling confidential, personal, or client information • Collaborative approach and willingness to work with colleagues at all organisational levels • Desirable: academic, personal, or professional AI, automation, or technology projects • Desirable: experience with low-code or no-code automation platforms • Desirable: understanding of prompt design, APIs, data analysis, or workflow automation • Desirable: knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot or comparable business technology • Desirable: ability to translate business challenges into practical solutions • Desirable: awareness of AI governance, data protection, information security, and responsible AI principles • Desirable: experience supporting a change, improvement, or technology implementation project • Desirable: experience presenting findings, delivering demonstrations, or supporting technology learning • Desirable: understanding how to measure benefits or return on investment of a technology initiative
