Beschreibung

• Provide technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA, BTP, and integration across implementation, upgrade, migration, and support projects • Partner with business stakeholders, functional consultants, architects, and development teams to design and deliver scalable SAP solutions • Serve as technical authority for SAP development, integrations, custom enhancements, data migration, and technical delivery teams • Act as BTP technical SME for upgrade-project development • Define technical standards, development frameworks, and best practices • Translate functional requirements into technical solution designs • Ensure SAP application scalability, maintainability, security, and performance • Provide technical guidance to developers, consultants, and project teams • Manage development across S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori, BTP, ABAP, and related SAP technologies • Design and oversee custom developments, enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, workflows, and conversions • Manage SAP and non-SAP integrations using APIs, middleware, IDocs, OData, web services, and cloud integration technologies • Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot complex technical issues • Support ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation, including custom-code remediation, integration redesign, and technical readiness assessments • Collaborate on data extraction, conversion, validation, and reconciliation • Participate in cutover planning, mock conversions, dress rehearsals, and go-live activities • Lead technical workstreams from initiation through deployment and support • Develop technical estimates, project plans, and resource requirements • Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and budget • Provide technical status updates to project leadership and stakeholders • Lead and mentor SAP technical consultants and developers • Support knowledge transfer, training, and skills development • Coordinate onsite, offshore, and vendor teams • Provide technical leadership for production support and AMS engagements • Drive root-cause analysis, issue resolution, optimization, automation, performance tuning, and system stability

🎯 Anforderungen
