Beschreibung

• Integrating PEO and MES solutions within the SAP S/4HANA environment • Ensuring seamless production and manufacturing process alignment • Lead and support SAP PEO and MES implementation and integration activities with MES, PP & PLM applications • Work on blueprinting, process mapping, building and validation for end-to-end manufacturing processes • Collaborate with business and technical teams to define functional requirements and design solutions • Conduct workshops to capture business needs and convert them into system specifications • Ensure solution design aligns with aerospace manufacturing standards and compliance requirements • Perform testing, process validation, user training and Change Management for new processes being implemented • Support post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement

🎯 Anforderungen

• Senior SAP SME 10-15+ Years of experience as SAP Consultant • 8-10+ years of experience in SAP Manufacturing Execution and PEO modules • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA manufacturing processes • Hands-on experience in blueprinting, process mapping, validation, and integration • Excellent communication and client engagement skills • Clearance for DOD vendor
