Beschreibung

• Build and evolve AidenBot, the core automation engine behind the client's Windows endpoint management platform • Design, build, test, and maintain production software in C# and .NET • Contribute to technical design and architecture, including interfaces, patterns, tradeoffs, and documentation • Deliver product capabilities from refinement and estimation through implementation, code review, testing, deployment support, and post-release learning • Diagnose and resolve complex defects and production issues across application code, services, integrations, data flows, and Windows endpoint environments • Improve engineering quality through testable code, reviews, automated testing, observability, secure development, and source control • Collaborate with and mentor engineers through design reviews, pairing, documentation, and implementation guidance • Use AI-assisted engineering and agentic workflows while protecting quality, security, governance, and release reliability • Develop endpoint platform and Bot capabilities for correctness, security, performance, supportability, and rollback readiness • Improve the codebase's maintainability, testability, extensibility, troubleshooting, and operability

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 8-10+ years of professional software development experience, including substantial hands-on experience building and supporting production applications in C# and .NET • Strong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented design, APIs, asynchronous processing, data access, integration patterns, and maintainable application design • Previous experience architecting and developing a Windows-based solution is a must • Demonstrated ability to take complex features from ambiguous requirements through technical design, implementation, testing, release, and production support • Experience diagnosing difficult software problems using logs, metrics, traces, debuggers, profilers, and systematic root-cause analysis • Experience with unit, integration, and automated testing; code review; source control; CI/CD; and reliable release practices • Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL, including data modeling, query performance, and application-level data access • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar systems • Experience with Windows PE and Endpoint Manager is a must • Experience with Power BI, building images, and Microsoft Intune • Experience with Windows system internals, Windows PE, .NET/C#, design patterns, SDLC, and scale • Some front-end framework experience is a bonus
