Beschreibung

• Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with decision makers • Thoroughly understand the clients business objectives, challenges, and market dynamics to tailor solutions accordingly • Develop comprehensive account plans outlining strategies to expand business within existing and new clients, including identifying potential upselling and cross selling opportunities • Anticipate client needs and proactively present customized solutions that address their pain points and align with their business goals • Lead contract negotiations with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions • Monitor client satisfaction levels, address concerns promptly, and actively manage any potential issues • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client requirements • Track key performances indicators(KPIs) related to client accounts, prepare regular reports on sales performance, and identify areas for improvement

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven sales experience with a track record of success in managing customer's equipment portfolio • Preferably within Manufacturing/Equipment industry • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients • Strong analytical skills to identify customer needs and opportunities • Strategic thinking and ability to develop effective account plans • Negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts with clients • In – depth knowledge of the industry and competitive landscape • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience • Up to 75% travel
