• Train rental agents to maximize sales and service opportunities and create the optimal rental experience • Coach branch managers on training rental agents in sales, service, and goal-setting • Conduct and document Rental Sales Agent Coaching and Feedback evaluations • Provide data-driven insights to branch managers and leadership • Recognize and reward sales staff to build morale and strengthen branch culture • Advise on SIXT vehicles, protection items, and extras • Meet with branch and regional managers to review progress • Complete detailed reporting • Analyze data using AI tools and intermediate Excel skills • Deliver tailored reporting to support operations teams in maximizing sales and service • Meet sales and service standards • Handle customer complaints professionally and confidently

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 3 years in customer service or sales • Ideally, a track record of meeting sales quotas or working in commission-based roles • Ability to translate quantified data into concrete actions that improve operational team performance and monitor impact • Availability to travel extensively within the assigned patch, with minimal overnight stays • Strong interpersonal relationship-building skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Highly organized • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Expertise with AI tools and intermediate Excel skills
