Beschreibung

• Engage with internal, customer and external stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. • Design solutions to address requirements and ensure the best possible long-term outcomes for customers and Skedulo. • Provide expert advice on leveraging the Skedulo Platform effectively. • Write Statements of Work (SOWs), technical design documentation and other documentation required to ensure high-quality delivery by the Skedulo professional services team. • Provide support to the delivery team during implementation, ensuring that designs are correctly implemented and best practices are followed. • Act as a strategic advisor, working closely with Product Development, Project Managers, and Customers. • Mentor other solution architects in all aspects of their role, including design, architecture and professional skills. • Create detailed solution and technical architecture diagrams, data models and process maps to support Skedulo’s Project Delivery of solutions.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field. • Must have at least 10 years of prior work experience as a Solution Architect in a complex environment such as a software vendor with a professional services team • Must have at least 13-15 years of project delivery experience and significant pre-sales experience leveraging presentation skills and the ability to demonstrate solutions. • Must have excellent written and spoken English communication skills. • A proven ability to learn new products, develop technical knowledge and apply new skills in a fast-paced environment. • Prior experience working in a strong, teamwork-focused environment. • Excellent knowledge of one cloud technology area: Azure, AWS or GCP. • Good knowledge of web services and integration. • Experience delivering high-quality design solutions in a pre-sales environment. • Security / Permissions Design experience. • Force.com / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Visualforce design experience. • Experience delivering High-quality wireframes and mockups.
