Beschreibung

• Own and deliver a regional sales growth plan, including new business acquisition targets, competitor displacement goals, and account penetration priorities. • Lead, coach, and hold the sales team accountable to prospecting discipline and opportunity conversion. • Build joint growth plans with key distributor leadership. • Execute pricing, value proposition, product, and go-to-market initiatives. • Run monthly regional reviews to drive pipeline health and forecast accuracy. • Coach and develop high-performance sales teams. • Lead key customer and distributor relationships. • Partner with pricing, quoting, operations, product and marketing teams. • Monitor pipeline coverage, win rates, and conversion metrics.

🎯 Anforderungen

• BS/BA in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Industrial Distribution, or related field. • Proven sales leadership with incremental growth and competitive share gain. • Technical Skills: CRM, Microsoft Office. • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and value-selling skills. • Extensive travel required.
