Beschreibung

• Design, build, and maintain Java-based backend services using Spring Boot or similar frameworks • Develop scalable, reliable, and well-tested services integrating with Salesforce and other systems • Participate in architecture and design discussions for APIs, data flows, and distributed systems • Write maintainable code with strong unit and integration test coverage • Troubleshoot complex issues across services, integrations, and data pipelines • Contribute to internal web applications and user interfaces backed by Java services • Collaborate with frontend and full-stack engineers on internal tools • Partner with Product and UX to translate workflows into internal tools • Build and maintain Java-Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, events, or middleware • Contribute to Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and configuration • Work with Product Managers, Technical Program Managers, and cross-functional partners to translate requirements into technical solutions • Participate in sprint planning, estimation, delivery, code reviews, CI/CD, testing, observability, documentation, and runbooks • Ensure services are performant, observable, and resilient • Identify technical debt and propose pragmatic solutions

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with Java • Strong experience building backend services in a production environment • Experience developing APIs and integrating services with other systems • Familiarity with distributed systems, data flows, and service-to-service communication • Experience with Git-based workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex systems • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Preferred: experience with internal web UIs or tooling, Java-based web frameworks, React, Angular, Salesforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Salesforce APIs, event-driven architectures such as Kafka, AWS, highly available or regulated systems, AI model or agent platforms, AI-powered coding assistants, and emerging developer productivity tools • Salesforce certifications are a plus, but not required
