Beschreibung

• Define and execute product roadmaps focused on the core experience for Sales and Service teams • Work backwards from the end state for internal and external customers to define product and design requirements • Own detailed product requirements documents and collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver the roadmap • Engage with customers, partners, and industry experts to gather insights and translate them into product features • Advocate for agile and lean product development methodologies to accelerate time to market while maintaining frugal resource allocation • Foster continuous improvement and encourage rapid iteration and learning from feedback • Partner with engineering, design, finance, commercial, customer success, and marketing teams • Define and execute a multi-year product roadmap for Sales and Service customer experiences

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent work experience • 7+ years of experience in Software product management or related technical role • 7+ years of experience in building and shipping technical products • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical and business concepts to diverse audiences • Experience managing large-scale technical products, with a track record for developing a vision, defining a strategy and building programs and features from the ground up • Experience with mobile app development on Android or iOS • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Passion for innovation in the electric vehicle space • Experience developing and delivering highly successful go-to-market (GTM) strategies for B2C solutions • Experience with Salesforce Service and Marketing Clouds • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis • Visa sponsorship is unavailable
