Beschreibung

• Supervise and lead refrigeration installation crews on commercial projects • Oversee installation of rack refrigeration systems, piping, equipment, controls, and related components • Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and refrigeration installation drawings • Coordinate daily jobsite activities, manpower, materials, and equipment • Ensure installations meet project specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes • Identify and resolve installation issues in the field • Work closely with project managers, general contractors, customers, and other trades • Train, direct, and hold crew members accountable for quality and productivity • Monitor project progress and communicate updates, delays, and material needs • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite • Perform hands-on installation work when needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• Extensive commercial rack refrigeration installation experience — REQUIRED • Proven experience leading refrigeration installation crews • Strong knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems and installation practices • Ability to read and understand refrigeration plans, drawings, and specifications • Strong understanding of refrigeration piping, brazing, equipment installation, and system components • Ability to troubleshoot installation problems and make sound field decisions • Comfortable working in active commercial construction environments • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation • Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Carolinas and Virginia
