Beschreibung

• Data Collection, Analysis, and Research: Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement • Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders and create detailed technical documentation for the IT department • Presentations and Recommendations: Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives and produce written reports summarizing data analysis • Implementation Support: Provide guidance and training to help implement recommended changes and gather data to assess the impact of implemented changes • Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications and provide detailed design documentation, assets, and specifications to support the development process • Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the performance of design solutions through user feedback, analytics, and other data sources • Continuously seek opportunities to refine and enhance the user experience • UI/UX Design, Interaction Design: Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma • Visual Design: Create and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide across all product interfaces, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines

🎯 Anforderungen

• Extensive experience working with product teams as a Senior Product Designer on B2C products • Using both product metrics and UX metrics to shape your decisions • Provision of high-quality Design and Technical documentation • Being familiar with User Research Methods, both qualitative and quantitative • Expertise in conducting User Research Methods such as interviews, usability testing, user surveys, and A/B tests • Experience with Figma, JIRA, and Confluence • Being a self-starter: you thrive on taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight • Sharing common values: trust, challenge, ownership of ideas, and enthusiasm for constant change
