Beschreibung

• Apply installation and commissioning procedures on-site for UPS and energy storage solutions • Customise system settings to align with customer requirements and site environments • Conduct system testing for customer and regulatory compliance • Maintain and update technical databases, including CIMSA and CIMeTECH • Diagnose and resolve issues with installed UPS and energy storage systems • Perform preventive and curative maintenance according to company specifications • Provide recurring-issue feedback to the Technical Operational Support team • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery • Train customers and distributors to maximise system efficiency and safety • Build sustainable customer relationships through communication and support • Enhance distributor technical knowledge through targeted training • Adhere to health and safety regulations and use Personal Protection Equipment • Comply with Dutch safety standards and company policies • Maintain records of spare parts, service activities, and customer interactions • Report to the Aftersales admin team and Technical Operational Support

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong knowledge of UPS systems, energy storage solutions, and electrical systems • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues • Collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Willingness to travel within the Netherlands and occasionally to international locations as required • Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) • Dutch safety certifications, including VCA • Familiarity with NEN 1010/3140 standards • Hands-on experience in commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of UPS or similar systems • Strong organisational and time-management skills • Valid driver’s license • Willingness to travel extensively within the Netherlands • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
