Beschreibung

• Own and manage the product backlog • Translate business goals into clear product requirements and user stories • Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical complexity • Drive feature delivery from discovery through release and post-launch evaluation • Ensure product quality and readiness throughout the development lifecycle • Collaborate closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders • Align product solutions with Risk Team, Compliance, CRM, and Operations • Facilitate communication between business and development teams • Participate in roadmap planning and sprint ceremonies • Analyze user behavior, product metrics, and market trends • Identify opportunities for UX, retention, and conversion improvements • Prepare concise and structured product documentation (Product Vision, BRD, presentations) • Define acceptance criteria and ensure shared understanding across teams • Maintain transparency around priorities, risks, and delivery timelines

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in digital products • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Strong skills in backlog management and requirements definition • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Analytical mindset with attention to detail • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Google, Slack • Upper-intermediate proficiency in English and strong command of Russian
