Beschreibung

• Strategic Collaboration: working within an agile team using Scrum methodology and participating in the strategic planning of the AI roadmap • Architecture & Design: engaging in architectural, infrastructure, and strategic decision-making processes for AI-enabled services • AI Implementation: Designing and implementing production-ready RAG pipelines and Agentic workflows that leverage internal data • Standardization: Integrating Model Context Protocols (MCP) to standardize how our AI tools interact with diverse data sources and environments • Quality Assurance: Conducting code reviews and maintaining high standards for documentation and testability

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 4 years of recent focus on Go, Python, C#, or similar high-level languages • Solid knowledge of Linux (Bash/Shell), Docker, and Kubernetes for scaling containerized applications • Experience with Relational Databases (PostgreSQL), query optimization, and Redis for caching/state management • Familiarity with the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) • English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher • Nice to have: Strong understanding of Python internals, including asynchronous programming (`asyncio`), memory management, and performance profiling • Experience building RAG systems and working with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI) • Experience with Vector Databases (e.g. pgvector, Milvus, Qdrant) and semantic search optimization • Experience implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar interoperability standards • Understanding of distributed microservice architecture and data security-centric environments
