Beschreibung

• Monitor certified payroll for internal self-perform projects and external subcontractors • Provide company-wide labor compliance support • Review public contracts and applicable private contracts for labor requirements • Coordinate with project teams and departments on compliance monitoring, reporting, and agency submissions • Perform periodic project compliance audits • Develop risk assessments for Compliance Programs • Monitor applicable laws and regulations affecting company policies and procedures • Participate in third-party and government reviews, audits, and inquiries • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures • Maintain relationships with stakeholders and contractors • Conduct labor compliance training for stakeholders, program employees, and contractors • Review and verify payroll records, benefit statements, employer training contributions, and apprenticeship paperwork • Request missing or revised documentation and correspond with contractor staff • Use LCP Tracker and other compliance monitoring software to review and approve certified payroll and payroll documents • Compile information for third-party information requests • Compose payment request letters and follow up with third-party requestors • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of three years experience working with Public Works Labor Compliance Programs and/or Project Labor Agreements • Bachelor of Arts/Science Degree from a recognized college or university in business or related degree is required • Experience with prevailing wage enforcement, analysis, and auditing skills • Knowledge of employment practices in the construction industry and state labor regulations • Experience implementing procedures and coordinating with internal and external departments • Ability to work independently, accurately, strategically, and resourcefully • Ability to work across the organization and provide compliance guidance to teams and senior management • PC proficiency including word processing and spreadsheet applications • Effective interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner • Proficient written and verbal English communication skills, including business writing skills • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future
