Beschreibung

• Drive sales growth, product adoption, and market share of incision management and wound healing solutions within a defined territory • Build and manage relationships with surgeons and key stakeholders to integrate Solventum solutions into surgical practice • Attend operating room cases and provide procedural support on the safe and effective use of Solventum products • Increase advanced therapy utilization, including negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) • Build relationships with economic decision makers such as supply chain and address financial and clinical priorities using published data • Achieve sustainable growth through strategic account planning, territory management, and data-driven targeting • Leverage networks to identify expansion opportunities and strengthen market presence • Provide proactive and ongoing customer education, including inservicing • Use software platforms for planning, pipeline, and utilization tracking • Support industry conferences and trade shows • Participate in on-call coverage

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 4 years of medical sales or clinical experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of medical sales or clinical experience • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Current, valid Driver’s License • Must successfully complete a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review • Must maintain eligibility under Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign-off • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status • Experience selling and consulting in an operating room environment • Proven track record of sales quota and target attainment • Proven experience in territory management and business planning • Demonstrated expertise establishing strong customer relationships with key influencers such as surgeons • Strong understanding of clinical and economic value drivers across care areas • Customer-focused selling and closing experience • Experience navigating complex selling cycles • Completion of a formal sales training program • Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce • Experience navigating new product introductions and the value analysis process • Outstanding data and analytical skills • May be required to possess facility-specific licenses, vaccinations, and/or other prerequisites to entry
