Beschreibung

• Lead technical discovery conversations to qualify and validate customer requirements and use cases, creating aligned bills of materials. • Conduct technical sales presentations and product demonstrations across the SonicWall portfolio. • Communicate SonicWall’s value proposition and understand competitive offerings. • Establish and maintain at least 10 trusted channel-partner relationships with recurring meetings. • Develop and maintain a personal lab for demos and professional development. • Support remote partner product trials. • Serve as technical lead for partner and customer proofs of concept. • Participate in beta testing and provide product feedback to product management. • Collaborate with support teams to maintain partner and customer relationships. • Create collateral and present at virtual or external technical marketing events. • Develop PoC-level expertise across 3–6 SonicWall product areas and serve as regional subject-matter expert. • Share best practices with peers and support onboarding of new solutions engineers. • Keep regional sales informed about roadmap insights, product updates, and technical best practices. • Complete regional solution-engineering reporting tasks and follow company values and guidelines. • Collaborate with VARs, MSPs, and MSSPs on managed-service sales, deployment, and support. • Work approximately 70% office or remote within the aligned regional country and travel up to 30%.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must reside in the UK. • At least 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 5 years of experience with an MBA. • Cyber Security CISSP Certification is required. • Microsoft Azure or AWS Associate certification is desired. • Maintain specialist knowledge across SonicWall products to the desired level. • SNSA & SNSP SonicWall Certification (training will be provided). • Familiarity with governance and compliance issues, management/reporting solutions, and requirements. • Working knowledge of HIPAA, PCI, SOX, FERPA, CIPA, GDPR, and similar requirements. • Experience with L2-L7 networking technologies and protocols, NAT, stateful firewall, IDS/IPS, web and content filtering, proxies, email security gateways, VPN and encryption (IPsec/SSL), PKI and key management, 802.11/WLAN, Syslog, NetFlow/IPFIX, Active Directory and LDAP. • Ability to read, interpret, and create scripts, regular expressions, and/or custom signatures. • Familiarity with virtualization platforms including VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, and Azure. • Proven hands-on experience with cybersecurity products. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Experience in Pre-Sales, Support, or Professional Services in a vendor, channel, customer, or distribution role. • Ability to deliver presentations, solution selling, whiteboarding, objection handling, and effective time management. • Ability to work independently with minimal instruction and exercise judgment in complex situations.
