Beschreibung

• Manage the complete lifecycle of assigned Business Voice products from concept to retirement • Ensure cross-functional team support for product design, development, and execution • Drive business analysis and experimentation, capturing insights that inform product design and development • Monitor customer experience and identify or recommend enhancements to improve experience and product adoption • Collaborate with the Business Sales team to understand customer needs and pain points and drive product enhancements • Research and understand the competitive landscape to provide products and features necessary for market success

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years’ experience in Product Management or Product Development • Experience with Voice Communication technologies and services is required • Familiarity with the telecom industry, including regulatory frameworks • Strong analytical ability with data-driven decision-making skills • Strong problem-solving ability with sound judgment and creativity • Proficient with Microsoft Office • Successful completion of background screening, drug screening, and reference check is required before hire
