Beschreibung

• The SAP Manager will serve as the company’s primary point of contact and internal owner for SAP ECC 6. • Responsible for coordinating day-to-day SAP support across the company. • Provide hands-on leadership, design, configuration, and day-to-day support for SAP FICO solutions. • Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, business stakeholders, IT teams, and external consulting partners. • Oversee SAP system upgrades, enhancement packs, patch implementations, and support initiatives. • Serve as the primary point of contact for all SAP-related questions, incidents, and business process issues across the organization. • Manage ticket prioritization, track open issues, coordinate testing, validate resolutions, and ensure timely communication of status updates and next steps.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6. • At least 5 years of experience providing functional support • Broad SAP or ERP background with understanding of how key business functions and modules work together. • Experience supporting business processes within an ERP environment, including understanding of module dependencies, transaction flow, reporting, and integrations. • Ability to triage SAP issues across multiple business areas and understand downstream impacts across modules and integrated processes. • Experience managing SAP tickets, user support, issue resolution, and third-party escalations. • Understanding of SAP user roles and responsibilities • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical users. • Ability to translate business issues into clear SAP support requirements. • Working knowledge of Finance processes in SAP sufficient to coordinate support and business needs, without requiring deep specialization in Finance alone. • Strong documentation, follow-up, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
