Beschreibung

• Own the no-code configuration layer of the Actirise solution • Define which configuration flows are self-serve versus internally managed and design the governing framework • Own the roadmap for the tagging plan and enable publishers to activate and manage ad formats without developer intervention • Simplify configuration paths to reduce friction, support tickets, and increase self-serve adoption • Own the player template configuration experience, enabling publisher customization without engineering support • Design and evolve video catalog management tools, including upload, organization, and metadata • Own the CMP/Paywall template configuration layer • Ensure consistent consent and paywall template configuration across surfaces • Guarantee coherent configuration experiences across back-office, client-facing platform, native platform, and WordPress plugin • Apply the design system across configuration UI patterns • Define and maintain clean data contracts and ACLs for configuration actions • Ensure every UI capability is also executable by an AI agent • Audit configuration flows for human/agent parity and prioritize closing capability gaps • Collaborate with the Sparteo Account squad on the time-to-activation journey • Coordinate with PM Engagement on shared UI/UX and compliance boundaries • Partner with Tech/Engineering to ship reliable, fast, and scalable configuration tools

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally on self-serve platforms, admin/back-office tools, or no-code/configuration products • Strong instinct for simplifying complex configuration flows into intuitive, guided experiences • Comfortable partnering with design systems • Understanding of API-first design and WordPress plugin environments • Ability to speak engineering's language; coding is not required • Ability to design frameworks for self-serve versus managed functionality, including guardrails, permissions, and cross-surface consistency • Comfortable working across multiple squads • Agentic mindset: design capabilities for both human UI and agent-executable actions • Understanding of agent tool-calling patterns and ability to define clean, well-scoped tool interfaces • Familiarity with ad format activation, video players, or CMP/consent tooling is a strong plus • Excellent communication skills • Strategic, AI-native approach to deconstructing business complexity into operational blueprints • Pragmatic and analytical problem-solving ability • Agility in a fast-moving environment • Understanding and application of the 80-20 (Pareto) principle • Ability to listen, challenge, and improve continuously
