Beschreibung

• Own the product vision and roadmap across the homeowner funnel, portal, and post-origination experience • Own the wholesale channel product experience, including partner onboarding, submission flows, pricing display, and transactional communications • Lead product scoping for business expansion and growth, including eligibility, disclosures, and state-specific flows • Run proactive product planning using analytics and evidence • Own funnel performance, conversion strategy, experimentation cadence, and drop-off diagnosis • Direct martech strategy covering attribution, lead routing, campaign infrastructure, and lifecycle communications • Partner with sales and marketing leadership on channel strategy • Coach and develop the Homeowner Experience PM, Martech PM, and Product Design team • Build discovery practices for homeowner and partner research • Partner with People Operations on hiring and organizational design • Ensure launches include instrumentation, enablement plans, and operational handoffs • Define and track funnel conversion, homeowner satisfaction, partner adoption, submission quality, and time-to-fund metrics • Report directly to the VP of Product & Engineering

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years in product management with significant consumer-facing experience, including funnels, conversion, and customer-journey products • 5+ years working on a B2C product in finance, property, or tech • Experience with hypothesis-driven experimentation, funnel analytics, and conversion optimization • Experience with B2B2C or channel products • Experience managing PMs and/or designers • Strong design sensibility • Track record at a startup or growth-stage company • Excellent communication skills • Preferred: experience in fintech, proptech, or consumer lending • Preferred: experience launching a new channel or product line • Preferred: familiarity with martech stacks • Preferred: experience partnering with compliance/legal on state-by-state product variation
