Beschreibung

• Lead engineering teams supporting enterprise integration and API platform initiatives • Provide technical leadership across platform architecture, integration design, API development, and systems interoperability • Design, develop, maintain, and optimizes scalable integration solutions supporting enterprise applications and digital services • Oversee technical implementation activities across development, testing, staging, and production environments • Support modernization efforts focused on platform scalability, security, reliability, and operational efficiency • Collaborate with Product Leads, platform engineering teams, SREs, DevOps engineers, and government stakeholders to align technical execution with mission priorities • Ensure engineering solutions align with cybersecurity, compliance, accessibility, and platform governance standards • Drive engineering best practices, automation, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives • Lead API lifecycle management, integration architecture planning, and platform configuration activities • Prepare technical documentation, engineering reports, operational metrics, and architecture artifacts

🎯 Anforderungen

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance • Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or related engineering/technical discipline required • Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant engineering, systems integration, platform architecture, or enterprise software delivery experience • Strong experience leading enterprise integration and API development initiatives in large-scale environments • Experience designing, building, and maintaining enterprise integration platforms and distributed systems • Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software engineering methodologies • Experience supporting Agile delivery methodologies and cross-functional engineering teams • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, systems thinking, and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts across technical and executive audiences.
