Beschreibung

• Assist the Project Manager with ongoing changes, issues, and project needs throughout the job lifecycle • Collaborate with the Project Manager and Superintendent to maintain the overall and three-week project schedules • Validate IFC plans, quantities, and assumptions, and process contract true-ups based on drawings and field conditions • Prepare, track, and reconcile change orders and contract true-ups • Compile, prepare, submit, track, and obtain approval for submittals • Prepare and submit RFIs, track them, and ensure timely closure • Assist with material sourcing and procurement • Support One-Call updates and dig permit coordination • Manage pre-construction, progress, and as-built GPS topographic surveys • Compare GPS models with actuals to calculate and verify quantities • Compile survey data into usable project tracking and verification information • Conduct UAV operations as required • Support layout, surveying, and material quantity take-offs • Maintain project logs, including quantity, submittal, and RFI logs • Assist with progress meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items

🎯 Anforderungen

• 1–3 years of experience in civil construction; internship experience may be considered • Strong understanding of civil construction methods, materials, and standards • Proficiency in Magnet/Topcon Office preferred but not required • Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Acumatica, Primavera P6, MS Project, Microsoft 365, or similar preferred but not required • FAA Part 107 Drone License required or ability to obtain within 6 months • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications • Must be able to travel full-time • Successful completion of a pre-employment criminal background check and drug test required
