Beschreibung

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements in close collaboration with business stakeholders and subject matter experts • Design functional solutions for FX applications, covering process flows, data models, and system behaviour specifications • Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical documentation consumable by the development team • Act as the primary point of contact between business and technology for assigned project workstreams • Lead and manage selected project workstreams - coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and escalating risks where needed • Plan and execute functional testing activities, including preparation of test cases, execution of SIT and UAT, and management of defect resolution • Participate in solution walkthroughs, sprint reviews, and stakeholder demonstrations • Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate FX domain requirements into technical specifications

🎯 Anforderungen

• At least 2 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in a Financial Markets or Capital Markets environment • Solid knowledge of FX products and market conventions: spot, forwards, swaps, options, NDFs, and related instruments • Proven ability to elicit, document, and analyse business requirements from diverse stakeholders • Experience translating business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications (user stories, process flows, data mappings, use cases) • Ability to work closely and effectively with software development teams throughout the full project lifecycle • Familiarity with software testing methodologies: test planning, test case design, SIT, UAT coordination, and defect management • Strong ownership mindset - comfortable leading individual project workstreams and managing deliverables independently • Fluent English, both written and verbal
