Beschreibung

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives • Lead the Architecture and DevOps team in designing, implementing, and maintaining a scalable, secure, and efficient technology infrastructure • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and Machine Learning (ML) into our DevOps and delivery processes • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team • Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure • 5+ years in IT leadership roles • Hands-on expertise with major public cloud platforms — AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure • Proven track record designing, implementing, and scaling CI/CD pipelines in production environments • Proficiency with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana • Familiarity with modern data technologies, including Postgres and Kafka
