Beschreibung

• Support execution of the product roadmap for the Health Portfolio • Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from clients, internal stakeholders, and market research • Partner with Product Leadership to define product enhancements and future capabilities • Create business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other product documentation • Evaluate opportunities to improve platform functionality, automation, efficiency, and user experience • Contribute data, analysis, and recommendations to product planning • Collaborate with Engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle • Manage and prioritize product backlogs • Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, testing, and release activities • Monitor product performance and adoption metrics • Escalate risks, dependencies, and challenges affecting delivery timelines or product outcomes • Support product launches and post-release assessments • Develop and maintain expertise in healthcare payer operations and digital engagement • Monitor regulatory changes and healthcare industry trends • Work with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and operational challenges • Gather feedback and translate stakeholder input into product requirements • Support product demonstrations, client meetings, and roadmap discussions • Collaborate with Sales, Client Delivery, Operations, and Implementation teams to support product adoption • Communicate roadmap priorities, product updates, and release plans • Build relationships across Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Client Success, and Sales teams • Facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment • Contribute to continuous improvement of product management processes and best practices • Support Product Leadership in tracking roadmap progress and business goals

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology, health plan operations, product management, business analysis, or related fields • Understanding of healthcare claims processing, reimbursement, eligibility, benefits administration, and regulatory requirements • Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into product specifications • Ability to work effectively with Engineering teams in Agile development environments • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Experience with APIs, automation, interoperability, or healthcare technology solutions is preferred • Bachelor's degree required
